No to both. Our AI provider contractually does not use API data for training, and runs under Zero Data Retention: your document and its analysis are never stored or logged. We never retain your documents beyond 24 hours either.
PDF and Word documents (.pdf, .docx), and plain text. Scanned PDFs are handled automatically with EU-based OCR — your document still never leaves Europe.

On Mistral's chat app (Vibe), prompts and uploaded documents can be used to train models by default, there's no DPA covering your use, and a chat box isn't a document pipeline. We run on Mistral's paid API where no-training is contractual, we've activated Zero Data Retention, and we wrap it in a DPA, named processors, and guaranteed deletion.
